Abstract:
This feasibility report titled “EMERGENCE OF RETAIL BANKING ITS QUALITIES AND
COMPETETIVE ADVANTAGES IN PERSONAL BANKING” is to compare, explore and to
find out the operational levels of management in Faysal bank and Askari bank of Pakistan. The
main objective is to describe the level of effectiveness of training and development program
implemented in both the organization and to understand the various methods adopted in order to
train and develop the employees for maximum fruitful outputs for the organization.
After collecting the information through the questionnaire some suggestions have been given that
would be helpful to improve the performance of organization as well as for employee and
personal development. In addition, these suggestions will help to overcome the weakness and
strengthening the positive aspect of various hiring Procedures. These suggestions would help the
organization to better understand, design, conduct, evaluate and rearrange different training
techniques. We hope this report will assist the Management of Askari bank and Faysal bank to
realize the role of training and development in their performance as well as organizational
development.
