| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to examine the changes what Telecom Sector as a whole (both “Operators" in terms of Services they are offering and the tools of communication like mobile packages, Broadband internet, are providing to their consumers & “Vendors” in terms of enhancing the cell-phones to take them to the newer levels by making newer & innovative applications, platforms, softwares, operating systems) in order to support the increasing usage of Social media. Primary data (with the help of Questionnaire) was collected and used along with the already available secondary data to analyze what is the current status of Social Media in the minds of consumers and what changes are they expecting in terms of services being offered. Philosophy of this research is Positivism along with Interpretivism. Inductive approach has been used, while “Case Study" has been selected as a research design. Conclusion and recommendations have been advised on the basis of the results of the primary data. | en_US |
