dc.description.abstract International Conventions and Treaties of different nations are discussed in detail. We have done an analysis of a developed and a developing state in terms of arbitration. We have analyzed commercial arbitration and its practice in Pakistan with the help of case studies. French legal regime relating to commercial arbitration is discussed in detail. Both International and Pakistani Case Laws are discussed in detail. We have also emphasized on the REAO Act, 2011. All aspects of Commercial Arbitration in Pakistan are covered by us. Conclusion is given at the end. en_US
