dc.description.abstract All forms of treaties are discussed and International Conventions are discussed. Moreover, treaties and International Conventions of different nations are also discussed. We have also compared the developed states with the developing states in terms of mediation. We have also done analysis which is required to correct the flaws in the present during the current time period. We have also covered all the aspects of Mediation in Pakistan and recommendations are given at the end. en_US
