MANAGING THE SUPPLY CHAIN RISK ( SCR ) FOR AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY

Abstract

The risk management in the supply chain has high importance in any emerging organization and helps to determine and identify the future problems and errors which are going to give a big loss in any business. The theme of this research paper is to highlight the tools to manipulate and predict the future problems in supply chain and try to define the rules and procedures to analyze and assessment for the risk management along with the supply chain. As in the automobile companies they are facing many problem related to this, so they now thinking about this modem supply chain process. This paper concludes with the detailed discussion on the risk which relates to the concept of the traditional logistics like time, delays, cost, and quality. To by evaluating these things, the risk in supply chain should be put in front while taking new solutions of logistics. The purpose
