Abstract:
Purpose:
The research is conducted to measure the Impact of non-monetary benefits on employee’s Job
Satisfaction in Dr. Ziauddin hospital clifton campus.
Methodology:
This study contains quantitative approach to test the research hypothesis. The data was collected
through a well structured and standardized questionnaire from 200 employees of Dr. Ziauddin
hospital Clifton campus. Job satisfaction was considered as dependent variable and Non
monetary benefits were the independent variables. The statistical program SPSS was used for the
analysis and treatment of data. Correlation technique was used to test the research hypotheses.
Findings:
The study found that there was a positive relationship between employee’s job satisfaction and
non monetary benefits. Though, statistical Correlation test of all dependent and independent
variables suggests that there was a positive significant relationship between non-monetary
benefits and employee’s job satisfaction.
Practical Implications:
The findings of this research_can be very beneficial for the hospital industry in designing
effective non-monetary benefits for employees. Dr. Ziauddin hospital clifton campus of
management can improve the use of effective non-monetary benefits by providing Recognition
to well performed employees in order to motivate & satisfied their employees, and providing
work life balance in order to make organization to be effective and successful & organizing
training and development program for every employees to utilize their skills, competencies &
knowledge that will be fruitful for new assignments.
