Abstract:
Purpose of the study: The main purpose of the study is to identify the impact of
circumstance on the effectiveness of MTO program. For this purpose, data was collected
by the MTOs, line Managers, HR and Trainers of MCB situated in Karachi only.
Research method/sampling: For this purpose deductive approach was used, seven
variables were used as independent variables for the representation of circumstances and
its impact over dependent variable i.e. effectiveness of MTO program was analyzed. Data
was collected with the help of Likert scale questionnaire and nature of data is
quantitative.
Findings of research: All the hypotheses of this research were accepted that means that
there is a significant impact of circumstances on MTO program effectiveness.
Practical Implications: After identification of factors and it could easily identified that
what are the factors that have higher impact over effectiveness of MTO program, so by
analyzing this organizations can work on those areas more.
