dc.description.abstract Purpose: This study was a requirement for the partial fulfillment of MBA degree. This research report is written to evaluate the performance of mutual funds industry in Pakistan. The overall idea discussed in the said thesis report is to find out the current situation of the mutual fund industry and its contribution in the economy of our country. Moreover, report will also highlight how the mutual fund industry of Pakistan is finding certain ways for future growth and stability. Methodology: Study was descriptive and analytical. Data mostly gathered through interviews. All the interviews are taken with people who do have a sufficient experience and working in mutual fund industries for long period of time. All the data is analyzed by using statistical tools like regression and coefficient of variance. Conclusion: After conducting, the study it is found out that all constants i.e. administrative fees, net flow, brokerage fee etc doesn’t have any affect on the mutual funds. The coefficient of variance was below 2 shows that all the constants don’t have any affect on mutual funds performance. Future Implication: This study implicates that as an investor one can invest in mutual funds without hesitating regarding the brokerage fee, administrative fee, net flows as they don’t have any significant affect. So it is quite easy for a investor to plan his investments accordingly so in future it will help them to invest in this venture. en_US
