dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The basic purpose of this study was to find out the causes of high turnover rate in Pakistan commercial banking sector. Methodology': A survey was conducted through a questionnaire to collect necessary data from the employees who are currently working in Pakistan private banks. After obtaining views of employees’, the data was analyzed by using the chi-square and correlation tools with the help of SPSS. Findings: It has been found that the employee’s turnover is a very serious problem for the commercial banking sectors of Pakistan. The main causes are low salary and benefit package, poor working environment and lack of managerial support. Practical Implication: This study will help in understanding the causes of high turnover rate and will enable them to take appropriate measures to reduce the turnover rate. | en_US |
