dc.description.abstract lie purpose of this study was to assess the acceptance of branchless banking and customer’s a. The researcher evaluated extent of branchless banking in Pakistan. Further, it has effectiveness and challenges related to branchless banking. The study conducted is aown as explanatory research. Total 384 UBL respondents were involved in it. They have been Identified by using simple random sampling technique. The data collection was done through nterview, questionnaire and one on one session. Moreover, this research was started on 15th 'Jovember 2014 till the month of February 2015. According to findings, data clearly showed that people are very satisfied with branchless banking due to easy accessibility, less time involvement, limited charges and having autonomy over account. On the other hand, unawareness regarding technology use, unsatisfied services provided scurity and privacy issues is attached with branchless banking. The outcomes of me research might help the banking arena to introduce branchless banking in remote areas and other regions of Pakistan as it has more benefits associated with it. Further, banking sector can work upon limitations of branchless banking in order to make it more worth full for the overall population. en_US
