| dc.description.abstract | Purpose-The aim of this dissertation is to identify the main cause of operational innovation at NFL and how the organisation strives to be the number one leader in the world of logistics. Methodology/sample- The study selected the participants from probability sampling and random sampling was done to choose 50 employees from NFL working at different designations. Bar graph, mean, standard deviation, t-test were used to draw conclusion. SPSS-16 was used for data analysis. Findings- This is clearly noted in case of NFL that company has unique place in logistics sector. The employees responses can be related to the advanced technologies and servicing techniques that the organisation was able to innovate its operations of logistics and SCM. Practical Implications- The outcomes of the research might help the corporate decision makers, that operational innovation is a continuous journey to achieve organizational objectives. | en_US |
