IMPACT OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT IN TELECOMMUNICATION SECTOR ON PAKISTAN ECONOMY

Abstract

Purpose-The aim of this research study was to analyze Impact of Foreign Direct Investment in Telecommunication Sector on Pakistan Economy. Methodology/sample- The research hypothesis is that there is a significant importance between foreign direct investment and telecommunication infrastructure and Foreign Direct Investment in telecom sector plays a positive role for economic growth.The entire Telecom Sector all over the Pakistan is the entire population for this dissertation. This study chiefly manages the significant determinants of FD1 in telecom segment of Pakistan. For this study time arrangement information have been taken from 2005-2014.To get the results and analyze the data, ANOVA, One-Sample lest and Correlation tests have been applied. Findings- On the bases of reports, the discoveries of the postulation are that the alternative hypothesis are accepted which shows that there is a significant importance between foreign direct investment and telecommunication infrastructure as well as Foreign Diiect Investment in telecom sector plays a positive role for economic growth.
