This research tends to identify the impact of leadership on learning organization. The role of
leadership is very important for any organization. Leaders are the individuals who are pillars of
the organizations.The “Learning Organization” concept has become so high-flying and so
popular since its emergence. The study was meant to inspect the impact of leadership on learning
organization in Pakistan. This study was directed recognizing characteristic of the leaderships
that directly impact the organization as well as the employees. All employees are directly
associated with the leadership. This research also identifies the factors that contributing the
learning organization and its impact on employees. There is positive impact has seen between the
leadership and learning organization.
Employee’s performance is an important building piece of an organization and variables which
establish the framework for superior must be dissected by the organization. Since each
organization can't advance by one or two singular's exertion, it is aggregate exertion of every last
one of parts of the association Execution is a significant multidimensional build expected to
attain results and has a solid connection to key objectives of an association.
Leaders are key player of the organization who runs the organization by utilizing all resource
with positive mind set. If the leader does not take any interest in the organization then it’s very
difficult for any organization to grow or survive. All followers follow their leaders, Its leader’s
responsibility to share vision among their followers, Leader possess some basic qualities in order
to get maximum performance from their subordinates, He possess Extra effort qualities in which
he can take extra efforts from their followers in minimum time period, by motivating and
pursuing them. They possess effectiveness in which they take effective and good decision
without any hesitation, they are effective for their organization. Satisfactions, the most important
element of the organization, all subordinates wants satisfaction in organization and only leaders
provide them a satisfying level to perform any task or work.
This research was concluded by using both sources of data, interviews being conducted and
detail questionnaires were distributed among the employees, to check the leadership and the
organizational commitments towards their job. |
