Abstract:
Motivating fiesh graduates and newly hired employees is an important issue for
organizations. The current research was focused on analyzing the importance of
motivational factors for fresh graduates working in different organizations. Fresh
graduates who just finished their studies are new to business world and have no or
little professional experience. Recruiting fresh graduates is regarded as injecting fresh
blood in an organization and that is necessary requirement of professional world.
Therefore, it is really important for managers to increase the level of motivation
among them and encourage them to work with dedication. We find out that there is
significant impact of participation in decision making and fair reward system on fresh
graduates. While, we didn’t find any direct influence of monetary factors on fresh
graduate motivation; nature of work and job description also remained insignificant.
Our results are based on the survey analysis and it may differ with the change in
sample size and sample selection.
