TO IDENTIFY FACTORS WHICH EFFECT OVERALL STUDENT SATISFACTION PRIVATE SECTO UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

Background of the study concludes, that there are considerable amount of research and study has been published related to Students Satisfaction having different directions. Purpose of the study is to discuss and identify the factors which effects overall student’s satisfaction in an institute. Approach of the research consists of formation of 8 hypothesis, development of 30 questionnaire, collection of primary & secondary data, and analysis of data to check the overall student’s satisfaction. Results include factors which are very effective for the student satisfaction but sometimes institutes do not pay attention on this. Moreover, institutes must devise plan on regular basis to check and enhance the satisfaction level of the students.
