| dc.description.abstract | Purpose - The purpose of the study is to analyze the effects of HEC prioritization of research policies on academic work related attitudes on the faculty members. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study is based on primary and secondary data collected to analyze the effects of HEC prioritization of research policies on the academic work related attitude on the faculty members. Primary data is collected through questionnaires that were specifically designed according to the research purpose. The secondary data was collected through research journals, published articles, and relevant websites. The data was analyzed and evaluated using SPSS running Friedman’s Test to form the results. Findings - the findings suggest a strong relationship between HEC prioritization of research policies and the work related attitude of faculty members. This relation proves that HEC standards and policies influence the work and responsibilities of the faculty members. Research Limitations - This is an academic research and is limited by time constraint. It was carried out in a limited time frame, which restricted its results and findings. The research is also limited by the sample size as it is based on a small sample of only 200 respondents. | en_US |
