dc.description.abstract The all forms of Judicial Activism and Suo Motu are discussed with regard to the Constitutional framework, Article 184(3) and Article 203-D. The merits and demerits in the form of case laws have been comprehensively explained. The possible usage of this power and its misuse as well as the repercussions has also been discussed. What possible steps can the parliament take to overcome these misuses have also been looked into and finally the recommendations have been given in this regard. en_US
