dc.description.abstract The objective of this work is to describe the domestic violence deep into its grass root level. This research aims at providing scrutinizing of legislations related domestic violence in Pakistan and analysis of recent legislation related to Domestic Violence in the light of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. Our work focuses on the proposed mechanism where institution to be established for the protection of women against Domestic Violence. Moreover appropriate recommendations are laid down on the subject. en_US
