The debate on the Separation of power is started from Maulvi Tamiz ud Din case 1955 when the Executive dissolve the constituent Assembly and interfered in the Legislative function. Firstly we will analyze the doctrine of separation of power in general and as presented in the constitution of Pakistan 1973, And trying to identify those difficulties faced by the three pillars of the Government and often overlap with each other such as executive Legislature and judiciary while implementing the Law.
