dc.description.abstract	The aim of this project is to develop an online transaction system which is now the current trend in technology. It will save data across multiple servers. While using a single database, updating of data is done on only one server. For instance, if that server is failed, all the data may be lost. For this reason we are developing an “Online distributed transaction system across multiple servers” placed at remote locations. When data is available on remote servers, it improves performance. It gives easily backup possibility. Application system has been made for any housing society. It deals with the transaction related to selling and purchasing of plots across remote servers. The proposed project will be very significant for the users. If one server fails, then transaction processing is through the other server.	en_US
