3 in One Communication Software

Abstract

The idea is to make communication system software, is a desktop application which particularly do three tasks, the emails, calls and SMS to mobile phones. Usually there are online applications available but they are only for emails or for calls or for SMS. These online applications do not have a phonebook system we have to enter our messages and contacts every single time which is waste of time and these online applications are very expensive and are not legal and authorized. 3 in one communication software would have a wide use in small and large companies. In our research we have studied that most of the top ranks in an organization are elder people and most of them have eyesight problem that they usually can’t use smart phones because of its small text. The application will solve their problem because they are using on their desktops and it also saves their time. The application will have a phonebook in which user can also make groups of contacts. The ease is that user just has to write a message, select a contact and just have to click on call, SMS or email button. The user can also send bulk of SMS and emails to a particular group saved in phonebook. The application will also provide the history of previous calls, SMS and emails.
