dc.description.abstract Purpose- The main aim ofthis research is to conduct a study to analyse the impact of strategic goals of training and development on employee Performance at Meezan Bank. Methodology/sample- The study involved use of questionnaires filled by 200 respondents and data is taken from the questionnaire during among the respondents for the purpose of analysis. To analyse the data.. Regression. ANOVA and Coird ation tests were applied. The data is collected from primary source that is questionnaire. Findings- The findings from the research suggest that, training 3nd development has a greater level of impact on employee performance wliich benefits both organization and employees. Large number of researchers has already proved this relationship as significant. Practical Implications- The outcomes ofthe research might help theHuman resource decisionmakers, policy formulators and also recommends that, customized training helps organizations to improve in a better way. en_US
