dc.description.abstract Purpose: Studying the factors responsible for creating job stress has been an important research dimension of Human Resource (HR) managers. Job stress may cause negative impact on the employees which could in turn reduce the overall performance and productivity of the organization. Significant difference between the job stress levels have been seen in the employees of Seth organizations and Multi-National Corporations (MNCs). The purpose of the study is to undertake a comparative analysis between factors responsible for occupational stresses at Seth versus Multinational Organizations specifically in Pharmaceutical Industry. en_US
