Abstract:
Purpose- The main aim of this research is to conduct a study to analyse the impact of strategic goals of training and development on employee Performance at Meezan Bank.
Methodology/sample- The study involved use of questionnaires filled by 200 respondents and data is taken from the questionnaire during among the respondents for the purpose of analysis. To analyse the data.. Regression. ANOVA and Coird ation tests were applied. The data is collected from primary source that is questionnaire.
