dc.description.abstract	Purpose- The main aim of this research is to conduct a study to analyze the impact of training and development on employee retention at Pfizer. Methodology/sample- The study involved use of questionnaires filled by 180 respondents and financial data of Pfizer is taken for financial analysis.
