Abstract

Now a day’s Internet has become the most powerful source to share any kind of information in the world. Almost every organization has launched an Online System. These systems are very interactive and promoting the businesses remarkably. Hence, it is required that every organization should have its online portfolio. Teralight is an established Telecommunication Company headquartered in Dubai, UAE and its offices are located in Islamabad, Pakistan. Keeping this fact in mind that to be online is a great way to promote the business all over the world, Teralight has planned to launch a Online SatCom Billing Management System (SBMS) for Inmersat’s BGAN Services on behalf of Teralight Ltd. .This system will promote the business through web technology and provide a way of communication and information sharing among various stakeholders. The system is supposed to be highly interactive and is designed in such a way that all of the information and updates will persist online. The system contains all the information about Billing, Invoices, Call Detail Records (i.e. CDRS), and Sim Usage, Business Trend Charts, offered Packages and provide Dashboard. The SBMS system provides various functions and options to its stakeholders, so that the internal stakeholders (e.g. Administrators, Account staff, and Client users) are able to manage the information of Invoices, Bills, dashboard, terminals and other online information according to their privileges and external stakeholders (e.g. General Public, Subscriber) can be able to view the static pages.
