dc.description.abstract Graduates who have completed their business education degrees or more specifically their MBAs play an important role in the economic development and growth of a country. This study focuses on the importance of developing the right skill and abilities in our business students so that they can go out into the market and make their contribution towards the growth of our economy. An important observation regarding MBA programs is the proliferation in program content. Against the background of the changes in the fast-paced business environment, the question comes to the fore whether Business education programs are meeting the entrepreneurial needs of the market. There are numerous universities in the twin cities that offer MBA and BBA programs. It is difficult to judge the standard of those universities and whether the people studying in them or have studied from them are prepared to take on the business world. This paper was compiled after questioning 200 MBA students, 60 faculty member and 15 entrepreneurs working in the industry. en_US
