| dc.description.abstract | The continued growth in financial services of e-banking, Internet Banking becomes more important for the people. It is playing a central role for the convenience of its consumers and it requires the implementation and development of some good internet security, internet privacy, accessibility & providing knowledge to its customers. The success of Internet Banking does not depend only on the banks or government backing, but depends on the customer acceptance and their interest. The Internet Banking has gained some special attention in past few years and banks move towards for the implementation of Internet banking as a part of overall banking strategy. The paper explains the factors (computer knowledge, security of Internet Banking, privacy of Internet Banking & accessibility) on which the interest of the consumers developed and the consumer would be willing to use or take the advantage of the Internet banking facility. The paper focuses on to present a framework of security of Internet Banking, privacy of Internet Banking, accessibility & the computer knowledge. The aim of this paper is to identify those specific areas in which banks could improve or progress their services to increase the adoption rate of internet banking. The data was gathered from the Internet Banking users through a survey of questionnaire. The results of the respondents were analyzed by using some mathematical calculation and then the conclusion has been drawn. | en_US |
