Abstract:
This is the first chapter of the project report undertaken here. This project will look into the market problem related to a market service made available to the customers by the name of Easy Paisa by Telenor. The first chapter will provide the basic layout of the research focusing on the objectives of the project and the identified deliverables which are to be provided to the client. The Client for this project is Telenor and will be targeted for the market service that it provides to its users. The market perception of the service along with its current effort to move ahead with its add-on services will be taken into account and reviewed to see whether it is beneficial to the respective parties in the longer run financially or not.
