dc.description.abstract Managers and organizational leaders, today, are always on the lookout for different management techniques which are easy to follow with less trouble and more effectiveness while making sure that the main stream of income does not get adversely affected. The basic purpose to do so is to identify the best practices which are being followed by market leaders or possibly will be followed in the future while maintaining their position in the market. All operations being carried out by the organization are handled by the organization leaders who are responsible for changing the operation design and systems that are employed to aid the employees in performing their job effectively and efficiently. As other theories like Drum-Buffer-Rope (Goldratt & Cox, The Goal, 1986) explain the savings in time and space with the presence of JIT (Just in Time) inventory management system signify effectiveness of a different inventory management system in the manufacturing environment, a similar process is needed in the service sector to regulate the supply of the services which are needed by the people on regular basis. Although any research has not properly investigated in the area but still there are dimensions which are very crucially in need of an effective and efficient system that would guide the service industry personnel in the areas of systems management and operation control. There are other concepts as well which evolved along with Theory of Constraints, such as Throughput Accounting en_US
