Abstract:
The basic objective of my study is to find the impact of Human Resource Practices on the Perceived Employee Performance in Cement industry. This type of research has not been conducted in Pakistan before in specifically Cement Industry. I collected the data through survey forms (Questionnaires) and my research was quantitative. For statistical results I used SPSS 16.0 version and operated data in it. My results of Pearson Correlation indicated the significant relationship between Human Resource Practices and Perceived Employee Performance. The three practices; Performance Appraisal, Training and Compensation have a positive impact on Perceived Employee Performance. In the end recommendations and suggestions are given that how further improvement in this relationship of HR practices and Perceived Employee Performance in Cement Industry can take place.
