dc.description.abstract In this current period of globalization all the companies are work hard to have a competitive edge over others. To achieve this competitive advantage they bring in new products and services or introduce new management techniques but today almost all of the organizations have come to realize that the most important asset that any one of them has got is their human resource because it is the human resource that actually is behind the innovation, effectiveness and efficiency of productivity of any organization. In order to achieve superiority over the competitors or just simply to compete with them, an organization must fully utilize the potential of its human resource and create such an environment for them which enable them to perform better. Keeping the employees satisfied with their jobs can be one of the major contributors towards their better performance of the organization. An employee can be made satisfied with the job in many ways, which include pay, work environment, job security, etc. Rewards are remunerations or appreciations that an employee receives in return for a job well done. There are two types of rewards. Intrinsic rewards are the type of motivational factor consists of the employees internal desires of self satisfaction and realization regarding achievement, recognition and improvement craving. Extrinsic rewards are the type of reward which directly refers to appreciation of the hard work, acknowledgement by the supervisors or colleagues and to get known for good performance. In this research, the researcher will examine the impact of sales rewards on employee performance which ultimately leads to better organizational performance. In this research, the researcher has distributed close ended questionnaires. And use spss for the analysis of their findings. en_US
