dc.description.abstract Project report is considered to be one of the most important parts of management sciences. This actually shows the worth and knowledge which students gain in their educational period to become a better professional. This is totally different from the theoretical work and reflects decision making and problem solving capabilities of an individual or a group. Our report actually based on the supply chain management of a very well known soft drink. In Pakistan soft drink industry is really in booming phase. Soft drinks are available in each and every part of country and there are quite big names operating in Pakistan and they have intensive competition in the market. As there is huge competition in the Pakistani market so a lot of Areas for Improvements are still required. Our main emphasis in this project is to provide the study and an insight into supply chain network of a well known soft drink company “COCA COLA” and its customers satisfaction on different parameters. This project helps in developing decision-making abilities and to solve the key problem areas. We undertook our Research in Rahim Yar Khan territory of Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd, which work under license of CCI. en_US
