dc.description.abstract Change is the first process of this world. Everything has to change right from the beginning till end to maintain its position in the environment. When an organization is going for change it has to analyze all the factors. The analysis of transformation in any organization is a combination of external forces, stimulators of present position and future reimbursements state from market. A high degree of Personnel and technological involvement are basis for success. As it is basically a determinate to critically evaluate an employee's affection to perform the assigned duties and tasks. There is a need to understand the effect of organizational change on employee performance in Telecommunication sector of Pakistan. The management has to provide proper set of techniques to align employee performance with organizational performance. As the approaches for change is the most important factor for the systems but with the alignment of corporate goals with the personal objectives of employees. en_US
