Abstract:
The beginning part of this project consists of the introduction of Habib Bank Limited, overview of the banking industry in which background and local scenario are considered as a part of our project. The primary objective of this project was to study the impact of technological advancement in the banking sector and their impact on the customer satisfaction with respect to the Habib Bank Limited. In the current era where the technological advancement has been a revolution for market and has greatly influenced in every field of life. In this regard banking industry is also relies heavily on innovations and technological changes in order to create a competitive position in the market. Quantitative research design is used in this project. The main methodology adopted for the research was, interview and SPSS software for analysis to get the accurate results of the questionnaires filled by the customers/account holders of Habib Bank Limited. The ending part of this project consists of conclusions in addition to the recommendations for Habib Bank Limited in respect of technological advancements. At last, there is a list of references along with appendices. The references include the relevant research articles that were used for helping purpose in this project.
