dc.description.abstract This study seeks to identify the relationship of succession planning and perceived organizational performance. Literature has indicated the positive relationship between these variables. This study is conducted in the Telecom sector of Pakistan, data was collected through the questionnaires from the employees of the major telecom companies. Results, based on statistical analysis, suggest the strong positive impact of succession planning or perceived organizational performance. Recommendations are made to improve the application of the results. Study is useful for the managers to who are to plan towards the succession planning and ultimately towards improved organizational performance. en_US
