dc.description.abstract This research has been carried out by Hiba Javed under the supervision of Ms. Hina Shahab for the fulfillment of the degree of MBA in 92 pages. Over the years, the impact of employee experiences over the effectiveness of training has been given less attention. The current study investigates the perception employees hold in an organization setting and the impact it has on the effectiveness of training. The aim is thus to find the employee perception and its impact on training effectiveness in Pakistan Metrological Department, Islamabad, Pakistan through a sound theoretical framework. The framework identifies a research direction that highlights some basic dimensions that form up testable hypothesis. The study recognized an impact of the perception of employees over the effectiveness of the training given to the employees. The data was collected through questionnaires that were effectively analyzed further through resourceful SPSS software. After finding a significant impact of employee perception over training effectiveness, the research ends with recommendations for the study organization and mentions area for future research. en_US
