dc.description.abstract Employee Performance is critical factor for every sector as your employees are the key in assisting you take your business effectively. It is being influenced by many factors among which Compensation is the leading one. So for this we use a theoretical framework in which we identify monetary compensation which has a direct impact on the performance of an employee. Based upon this theoretical framework, we suggest specific research directions these are the important monetary compensation namely Salary package, Bonuses, Medical reimbursement, House rent Allowance, Training and Development and Attitude of Line Manager. Secondly it will highlight the important monetary compensation for the employees in Askari Bank. It will use questionnaires and informal interviews to conduct this research. This will have a positive impact towards the compensation system in banking sector. en_US
