dc.description.abstract This Research is directed to create a healthy comparison between some important players in the market which are a major part of the restaurant industry. The local market of Pakistan has a high food consumption percentage and most of the consumed food is made on traditional grounds. The research itself was aimed at creating a comparison between green practices of the restaurants and how consumers respond to these strategies towards the mentioned restaurant. The major players in this research are KFC and Savor Foods. KFC is a top international player and has numerous branches worldwide, whereas, Savor Foods is a local player and has a wide market segment which it has captured. The locale of the research is the market of twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad where Savor Foods and KFC has various branches and there are a lot of people who visit these places on a daily basis. Although it is already known that KFC follows the international standards where green practices are very crucial but a local restaurant was evaluated on these standards and consumer responses were recorded to see whether these practices would increase the overall consumption of the food provided by Savor Foods. The research has been compiled in its original shape and presented here for further study. en_US
