Abstract:
The paper aim at finding relationship between privatization and job satisfaction. The independent variables of job satisfaction were divided to pay coworkers, promotion and promotion opportunities, supervision and work itself. The study was carried out by filling questionnaire from 89 employees of Habib bank across the country. Further analysis were done by using excel and SPSS 16. Descriptive analysis was done for study. The study find out some impact of privatization on contributing factors and find that overall employee are not satisfied with their job after firm being privatized.
