dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship of employee involvement on performance of the organization. A sample of 105 was selected through questionnaire from Pakistan Tele Communication Limited Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The research adds to the conceptual understanding of employee involvement. Three independent variables were used to measure involvements which are communication, Autonomy and Management use of participative style. Factor analysis, Regression, Correlation, and Chi square tests were used to analyze the data. The results show that bringing involvement to the work place increase performance of the organization. The study also found that a strong relationship exist between Management use of participative style, Communication and Autonomy. So overall there is a positive impact of employee involvement on Performance of the business. en_US
