dc.description.abstract In the past few decades the world has witnessed some tremendous changes in the field of business practices and norms. Customers have become much more demanding and caring about the products and services they are using and also for which they are looking for. So in the response the business companies have updated them and try to cope up with the situation. Companies are trying to take every possible step to sustain in this cut throat competitive arena, by meeting the demands of customers and remaining very close to them. Their focus is not only retaining but attracting more and more customers to them. So they are considering every aspect how they can improve themselves and increase their capacity. In the today’s competitive world the operations of the successful business much depend upon the efficient employee management of a business. Planning, controlling, organizing, staffing and directing the operations of the business are the key responsibilities of human resource administration of a company and making it sure that the business reaches its goals. As the old and traditional concept of country based and region based companies have been changed to great extent because of the ever increasing influence and operations of the multinational companies. Therefore big companies are present in almost every part of the world and are hiring the employees across the globe keeping aside their color, background, religious affiliations or nationality. So this variety of hiring definitely leads to some cultural issues. Good handling of cultural difference management within an organization refers to the situation, one that works closely with people in managerial roles in all other departments inside the business, including legal, finance, human resources, accounting, marketing and operations over and above of any difference of age, sex, race, background or social status and focusing their attention only on the objectives of the company. en_US
