Abstract:
This research is looking into the various aspects of a reward system which has been put in place in an HR recruiting organization called BrightSpyre. BrightSpyre is an online service providing firm and has a large number of clients which it serves on daily basis with their needs of human resource of talented and skilled stature. This human resource is gathered from the market. Since it is an online business, it acts as a bridge between the employers and the potential employees which can be hired by the former to make a healthy addition to their organization. Through different researches conducted in the past, rewards have been noted to have been a major motivational factor and the receptive ability of different people to the type of rewards is certain. But this research was conducted to see how the service sector is performing under these circumstances and if the workers are being compensated as they are expecting from their organization.
