dc.description.abstract This study focus on perception of the faculty towards the evaluation done by the students at different universities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi (public sector), maturity of the students is taken in consideration for the study, which includes the level of age and level of education of the student. Study indicates that either student are mature enough to do valid faculty evaluation and what perception faculty has for evaluation criteria and students evaluating them with respect to their class performance. Variables of the study are Age, level of Education (independent variables) and Faculty Evaluation (dependent), their relationship is tested with each other and also their impact on the valid faculty evaluation done by students with correlation and regression analysis. Findings of the study are that, the higher the age of students so valid faculty evaluation is done similarly with level of education as these variables are taken for the maturity of the students which is the objective and the core focus area of the study. en_US
