Abstract:
Turnover means when an employee becomes fed up and dissatisfied from job due to certain reasons. It is the first step before actual quit from job. Turnover intention and actual turnover are co related and can be used as proxy for each other (Hong & Kaur 2008). This intention can be reduced by various techniques through which organizations can save their human capital. Dominance and sociability factors in organization are one of the factors which cause intention to leave the organization (Hong & Kaur 2008). Organizational politics is one of the major causes of turnover intention. Perception of employees about organization can increase or decrease the morale of employees to work in the organization. When an employee perceives that the evaluation system of organization is faulty full of biasness even working hard and there is no promotion and reward he/she will search for another job (Huang et al, 2003).
