dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between physical Workspace Design and office design and perceived employees’ performance. This study also wants to explore different kinds of office settings and try to give any recommendations about improvement in the Workspace Design which can eventually improve the performance of the employees and overall productivity of the organization. This is a quantitative type of study so to collect the data a sample of 150 questionnaires was used out of which 136 were workable. The data was collected from the banks in different cities of Pakistan. Further analysis in the study is carried out by using SPSS 16.0, and the various statistical tools are applied like Regression, correlation, and frequency analysis. The study also gives some recommendations about improvement in the Workspace Design which can benefit Human Resource professionals for further policy making and considering this factor to improve the productivity of the organization. en_US
