dc.description.abstract The study focuses on the influence of motivational practices on the employee retention in PTV. The research concentrated on primary data to decipher how the employee retention is affected by motivational practices provided by the organization. This is a quantitative research, and the sample size was kept 196. The finding shows the positive influence of motivational practices on employee’s intent to stay with the organization. This research forms the basis for further studies. Besides, the results and recommendations are provided to the high authorities who would lead to potential improvements in the whole system of PTV. en_US
