dc.description.abstract Tendering support System is a tool for company employees, which enable easy maintenance, retrieval and update of all references and curriculum vitae (CV) at Company. It will be used for the collecting of references and CV for tendering. The company has several departments. Tendering support system is automated tool which overcome all the manual process. The system offers integrated free text search in order to allow the user to select relevant reference to a Reference list. Each reference is defined in multiple descriptions, which is called variant. The system generates reports based on company templates which further exported to user computer in form of MS word document. This is outsourced project of Edixen to their outsource unit in Islamabad Pakistan. It is a great opportunity for us to work with their teams as developers. Company is trying to standardize its business process. So tendering process has been redefined which will meet the need of the company in future. en_US
