dc.description.abstract Industrial sectors that are dedicated to manufacturing value the supply chain management the most. This case study is about the implementation of new technology named as ‘Green Supply Chain Management’ (GSCM) throughout the supply chain of Lucky Cement. Lucky Cement is one the major Cement Manufacture in Pakistan and it is ranked number fifth largest exporter to cement in the world. This research study is based on the implementation ofGreen Supply Chain Management and its impact in Lucky Cement Pakistan. The Supply Chain Management has become the important part for the organisation to compete, sustain and adheres to environmental issues. The GSCM is the process that makes each stage ofproduction environmental friendly. The case study discusses its impacts from all aspects. A quantitative research approach is used for this purpose in which fifteen survey questions are developed and distributed to production level staff members of Lucky Cement. The analysis reveals there is a positive impact of GSCM over the organisation with respect to operational performance and organisational environment. Further there is a strong relationship between the variables. en_US
