dc.description.abstract This report analyze the literature on inventory management that how inventory management has a significant impact on organizational performance. Some factors effect inventory management includes scheduling, information record system, human resource management and macroeconomic factors. The results shows that effective scheduling, information record system, human resource management and macro-economic factors have a significant impact on inventory management and this leads to best organizational performance. The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the impact of inventory management on organizational performance in service industry and the factors that affect inventory management. Survey research were conducted to find out the impact of inventory management on organization performance in sendee industry. en_US
